- Brain Bleach: A character expresses their shock or disgust at seeing or being forced to visualize something really disturbing or gross.
- Brain Freeze: Someone suffers a migraine from consuming frozen desserts too fast.
- Brake Angrily: Someone suddenly stops the car they're driving in response to hearing a remark that upsets them.
- Bread, Eggs, Breaded Eggs: A list of three or more things ends with some combination of the previously listed items.
- Bread, Eggs, Milk, Squick: A mundane list ends with something gross or disturbing.

- Breaking the Fourth Wall: A meta-joke in which a character displays awareness of the fact that they're in a work of fiction, often leading to self-referential commentary about the real-life nature of the work itself.

- Calling Me a Logarithm: Someone hears an unfamiliar word and assumes that it is an insult directed at them.

- Calvinball: A game that has no fixed rules.
- Cannot Keep a Secret: A person is asked to not tell anyone about a secret, but lets the information slip out at the first opportunity.
- Cannot Tell a Joke
- Can't Get Away with Nuthin': A character will always get in trouble every time they try to do something bad.
- Can't Get in Trouble for Nuthin': A character keeps doing bad things because they want to get in trouble, but for some reason or another they are never punished.
- Can't You Read the Sign?: Someone comes across a sign with a rule that they will promptly violate or had just violated before noticing the sign.
