You've made a work page (or a trope page; it doesn't make a difference), found a list of trope examples for it and added it to an index, and are now hoping for Wiki Magic to grow it further.
However, there is a problem. There are no entries on other pages pointing to your page. Without them, there are no links and thus no ways for people to find your page, which will cause it to stagnate in obscurity.
To fix this issue, you'll need to create some links. The simplest way of doing so is by copying the examples from your page to the pages on the tropes or works they are about, and rewriting them a bit so that they fit the new location (e.g. replacing the wick to the trope with a wick to the work). Also, if your work or trope references other works or tropes in the description, the pages for these should reference your page as well. These practices are collectively known as "Crosswicking".
Always make sure that the example is in the right place and fits the trope definitions given. If, while crosswicking, you hit a locked page that allows examples, don't worry — we have a topic for requesting edits here. There is also a topic for asking assistance if you don't have the time to crosswick a page, as well as a page for Pages Needing an Entry Pimp, many of which need their examples crosswicked.
Finally, note that this also applies when you are removing an example — if an example doesn't belong on a given work or trope page, it doesn't belong on the corresponding trope/work page either.
