- Yeah, yeah, I know... Get my mind back up into the gutter where it belongs.—Darkstarr, teasing his brother Reki.I hate talking about myself. Other people are so much more interesting.—Darkstarr
Describe Darkstarr in one sentence: Former engineering major turned gamer geek turned writer turned...
Born a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, the troper known as Darkstarr was switched at birth for his parents' real child, who never noticed because they were hippies. While claiming to have been raised by a pride of feral housecats, he rarely reveals any true elements of his real upbringing, claiming only that ScienceFiction and Fantasy enabled him to remain sufficiently sane to function in Real Life. After entering college the first time, he discovered that he was in fact the reincarnation of an exiled fae lord sent to Earth for crimes against his people. Since then, he learned the arcane arts of electronic engineering and role-playing gaming.
Since being an exiled fae lord doesn't pay very well, Darkstarr has turned to the life of a Starving Artist, working on honing his writing skills so that he can become a published author or a game designer.
Oh, and he never takes writing bio entries seriously. Or does he?
This troper is responsible for creating Fetish Fuel and Nightmare Fuel for the Trope Co catalog. (So now you know who to blame.)
