Captain Kobold is the Practice Child, the Backup Guy, the last snowflake on the high end of the glacier. He sets the precedents that should never be followed. He started the page for "Avengers: Disassembled" on That Other Wiki. And the pages for Justice Society Of America, Super Team, The Belgariad, Doctor Steel and Crisis On Infinite Earths.

He tends to lose interst fast, though, so they've been heavily modded by others since then. Captain Kobold dun't truck with this newfangled hypertext malarkey.

In meatspace, the Captain is a 23-year-old Irishman with a marked fondness for the ol' four-colour-cape-wearers. He's a Whovian (Whover?) of the new school, and would like to see Christopher Eccleston doing... something, at least. He regards himself as a gifted amateur [X]. Let [X] equal actor, musician, singer. He wants to do a fanfic for some of those parallel universe DC claims to have but which we've never seen. He's got a few ideas. More on them as they develop.

(The name "Captain Kobold", by the way, refers to the balance between an aspiration for something greater, and the grubby little ratbeast of D&D lore. Beceause somewhere between the angel and the ape is... us, right?)
