Capitalism Is Bad: I consider capitalism to be a fundamentally unethical, predatory and exploitative system due to how it creates massive wealth inequality, how the executives and shareholders of giant corporations make millions while having no regard for working conditions or even the safety of their workers, and often not even paying their employees a living wage. Also, any economic system where basic human needs such as food, clean drinking water, housing and healthcare are locked behind a paywall is locked behind a paywall is unethical to me. Aside from that, I also consider capitalism to be fundamentally anti-democratic because those with massive wealth are able to use that wealth to buy off politicians and get them to push through laws that benefit them at the expense of everyone else.
The Cynic: I have quite a cynical and pessimistic outlook. That said, I am certainly capable of appreciating the good things in life, I just think that a lot of people tend to only focus on the good and ignore the bad (because it's not pleasant to think about it) which often allows a bad situation to get much worse than it would have been if people didn't ignore it.
